Slip Gallery: (what you) bring to the table

A group exhibition with music from Natalie Mai Hall and performance from members of the Alana O. Rogers Dance Company. In this show, artists across mediums investigate what they bring to the table, figuratively and literally. Food-themed artworks are spotlighted in the exploration of basic needs, relationships, memories, values, and expectations. Through mediums like glass, video, collage, painting, and thread, as well as several collaborative and interactive works, the artists create an atmosphere that mimics the exchange of meals and the community that surrounds it. This is a fun array of local artists that will certainly delight us - featuring the following artists and curated by Alaina Stocker: Gina Ariko, Lauren Bayer Echevarria, Claire Donaldson, Dawn Hubbard, Whitney Lynn, Yaminee Patel, Marina San Miguel, Rich Stevens, Alaina Stocker, Emily Wamsley, Rya Wu.

Choreography and Direction: Alana O’Farrell Rogers, in collaboration with the dancers. Performances are at 6pm and

Dancers: Nicole Flores, Lisa Kwak
