As a performer on lute, theorbo, baroque guitar, oud and vihuela, August Denhard has appeared with Baroque Northwest, the Oregon Symphony, and Chicago Music of the Baroque, among many others. He is a co-founder of Trio Guadalevin, the Eurasia Consort, and is the Artistic Director of Early Music Seattle. August Denhard brings together a variety of historical and cultural musical styles in his performances, which reflects the mission of ArtX Contemporary to celebrate the diverse influences shaping our region through visual art and cultural programming!
